This is a little (and slightly embarrassing) croquembouche that I attempted a month ago. This was the birthday cake for hubby and my FIL. It was not easy putting something like that together. The photo only represent about 50% of the number of profiteroles that I made. The rest were either too big or too small or not presentable.
Martha Stewart has the simpler version. If you are ambitious, then give the original Adriano Zumbo's version or the chocolate version a try :)
