Was meant to be "this year's log cake" but now it has become "last year's log cake" since I am behind in my entries... Have been lazy to blog :p
Made this 'cheat's log cake' for church's Christmas eve dinner. Bought 2 chocolate rolls from Coles and cut them up to angle the sides of the 2 pieces. Made a chocolate ganache to spread over the cake. Dust with icing sugar and put on some decorations... and there you go! Doesn't it look good? I think this is a better version of the one (with the same recipe) I made in Christmas 2008. ;)
