Baking/making a special cake for this Sunday... After consulting the expertise of my SIL, I realise I had to begin prep last night.
It was fun playing with fondant and colours with shapes and numbers. I made 3 layers of fondant well ahead of time so that they have time to dry up and harden and (cross my fingers) they can stand up as 3D on the cake(s) :)
Tonight's prep - butter cream and chocolate ganache.
