Chicken Whiskey

Following the lemon whiskey cake, I reckon I wanted to try a meat dish with whiskey. Found this British chicken whiskey recipe (which I happen to have most of the ingredients) and tweaked it a bit.


Basically I just estimated the proportion of ingredients and added garlic instead of leeks or green onions. I also dropped in a little more whiskey than required :p It turned out the taste is not something that we are used to, but it was tasty! Now other than baking with whiskey, I can cook with whiskey too! :)
