Meal Planner 29/3/10 - 2/4/10

Monday - tandoori chicken and baking tomato and cheese muffins
Tuesday - quick and easy creamy salmon pasta
Wednesday - veal scotch fillet
Thursday - pork soup with chinese herbs and (cooked in advance for Friday's dinner) corn and asparagus fritters
Good Friday -  steamed veggies with creamy cilantro lemon dipping sauce and lemon rind tartlets (church's bbq lunch) moussaka and green tea tiramisu (meeting M and cousin) for dinner
Saturday lunch - rice porridge with condiments (if S and P are coming for lunch)
