Meal Planner 15/3/10 - 21/3/10

Baking - berry ricotta muffins
Monday - chicken curry with potatoes with rice and veggies
Tuesday - beef and beer vegetable hotpot with rice
Wednesday - pan-fried salmon fillet (with crispy skin), veggies and couscous
Thursday - seafood marinara with store-bought Bertolli pasta sauce and linguine
Friday - roasted tomato soup with pesto toast, greek moussaka, cherry flan (catching up with M and L)
Baking on Sunday - macaroons (to use up the 4 egg whites I will have from making moussaka)
