Ginger Dipping Sauce
Ingredients:
1/3 cup soysauce
1/3 cup sake (*the x-factor)
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp grated garlic
1 tsp grated ginger
Preparation:
Put all ingredients in a bowl and stir well.
Sesame Dipping Sauce
Ingredients:
1/3 cup soy sauce
3 tbsp mirin
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp grinded sesame
1 tbsp grinded ginger
Preparation:
Pull all ingredients in a bowl and stir well.
If you are a fan of sesame, you will love the sesame sauce. If you like a kind of slight, sweet tangerine type of taste, the ginger sauce is for you. I like both of them in their own special tastes. Some food will go better with one than the other. You can prepare them up to one day in advance.
